SYMPTOM(s):
Editing Options are not Updated
Color Coding preferences are not saved
Alias preferences are not saved
Progress network installation
Developers use the same shared working-directory
The error: Failed to save the configuration to '..\proedit\vslick.sta'. Access denied. is generated if two AppBuilder or Procedure Editor sessions try to modify and save some Editing options at the same time.

Bug# OE00130736
CAUSE:
This is expected behavior. The Editing Options are saved in a file under the <working-directory>\proedit directory, thus that file is overridden for others developers
FIX:
Point the EditorConfigPath Registry or INI entry to a local directory.
