SYMPTOM(s):
Replication fails, message 11714 from Replication Server (RPLS)
Received shutdown request. Shutdown will will begin now. (11714)
Before message 11714 Replication Server notified databases are in sync
The source database <databasename> and the target database <databasename> on host <hostname> are synchronized. (10436)
Source database still running as defer-agent-startup is not null
CAUSE:
The cause has been seen while STOPPING and RESTARTING the TARGET database, as there is then in source.lg the message:
It appears the Target Database <database-name> has been restored since the last time Replication was run. Replication to this Agent <agent-name> cannot continue. (11703)
FIX:
Reinitialize Replication.
