SYMPTOM(s):
The default Fathom install path "C:\Progress\Fathom" is a subfolder of the Progress Core installation "C:\Progress"
You cannot install Fathom into a subfolder of a Progress installation.
You cannot install Fathom into a subfolder of the Progress Core installation folder:
Select OK and choose another destination path.

CAUSE:
Fathom installation procedure found an existing progress.cfg file on the target directory for Fathom installation.
FIX:
Change the Fathom installation directory to a location that is not under $DLC installation. If the target directory specified does not contain a Progress installation, please rename progress.cfg to something else.
If a progress.cfg is found in the root file system or c:\, this will also prevent installation. Sometimes an aborted install will leave a .cfg file in the directory from which the command was run.
