Action Security does not work with dynamic menu place holder
When Action Security is applied to a menu band that is inserted into a dynamicMenu place holder item, the security does not work. The menu band is still inserted into the menu regardless of the security allocations.
FACT(s) (Environment):

CAUSE:
This is a known issue being investigated by Development.
FIX:
Menu bands can be hidden provided the Action Security structure records are created for the text item that the menu band is attached to. This restricts the menu item and all the options below it.
However, if there are additional sunbmenu bands below the first level menu item, then an Action Security structure record needs to be created for the text item that the lower level submenu band is attached to. Failure to do this will place the submenu band on the top level menu. This needs to be done for every submenu band below a menu item that needs to be hidden.
