GOAL:
Where can the Developer's kit and documentation for the Progress Webclient be found?
FIX:
The Progress Webclient Assembler is part of a Progress Windows Provision product and is not available separately. If a complete installation was done the Webclient Assembler may be started by:
1. Select Start/programs/Progress/Client to start a Progress Client session.
2. Select Tools/Pro*Tools from the menu bar.
3. From the Pro*Tools-Menu bar select the third Icon from the right to start a Webclient Assembler session.
All documentation for the Progress Webclient is found in the "Progress On the Web" manual. This is available via the Progress Website from the Electronic Documentation that can be downloaded from the ESD Center after logging in.
The ESD Center is accessible under the Technical Support area for the Progress Company website at:
www.progress.com
Progress Documentation may be viewed on line by selecting the "documentation" menu selection on the Download Center page.
The manual may be viewed by selecting the "Progress® Version 9.1D and WebSpeed® 3.1D" product title and is found under the "Progress 4GL Collection".
