CAUSE:
Bug# 20040428-004
FIX:
Upgrade to 9.1E or higher, 10.0B or higher.
There are three workarounds if upgrading is not an option:
1. Down grade to a previous Progress Service Pack, such as 9.1D08 for example.
or
2. Start the remote DataServer broker via ProControl.
See Solution P24381 for further information.
or
3. Start the remote DataServer broker via _probrkr command line (use probroker instead of unified broker).
