SYMPTOM(s):
<program name> non-PROGRESS database <name> unknown. (1008)
CAUSE:
With client versions prior to 8.1A, logical name can not be used with AS/400 databases: a logical name can be assigned when the schema holder is created, but this logical name can not be changed afterwards.
FIX:
If you have programs with the database name "hardcoded" which need to be run using an AS/400 database with another name, you need to use the CREATE ALIAS statement.
