FACT(s) (Environment):

SYMPTOM(s):
The SonicMQ 4GL Adapter does not return a status when queried (whether it's running or not running).
Command used is:
adaptman -i <adapter-name> -query.
When querying, starting or stopping the 4GL adapter, it returns NULL.
It takes several tries to get the adapter started again after this occurs.
CAUSE:
Bug# 20040223-022
FIX:
Upgrade to 9.1D09.
