Kbase 16883: WebSpeed 1.0 & DataServer 8.0C: Getting 4601 error on AS/400

SUMMARY:
If using WebSpeed 1.0 to access an AS/400 database, the user
may get the following error:
AS/400 data mapping error (invalid field value). (4601)
This happens if the database fields are defined as Null
Capable. These are set so that the users can work with a
demo library, PROSPORT80 or PRODEMO80 (which come with
DataServer 8.0C10).
To fix, create the fields with the Null Capable flag turned
off.
