SYMPTOM(s):
prowin32 does not start because of ACCESS_VIOLATION
Exception code: C0000005 ACCESS_VIOLATION
Fault address: 01032CAB 01:000E1CAB c:\dlc91D\BIN\vsapi.dll
Watching the file monitor from sysinternals while starting prowin32.exe shows that after vsapi.dll is loaded vslick.sta gets loaded and than the
protrace file.

CAUSE:
Damaged vslick.sta file.
FIX:
Renaming or deleting vslick.sta solves the problem.
