DEFINE VARIABLE DocumentHandle AS HANDLE.
CREATE X-DOCUMENT DocumentHandle.
DELETE OBJECT DocumentHandle.
CAUSE:
ICU_DATA environment variable is not properly set to point to the Unicode conversion files.
FIX:
Set the ICU_DATA environment variable to point to the Unicode conversion files in $DLC/lib/icu/data on UNIX.
