FIX:
Tooltips are a feature of the Windows operating system. When Progress displays a Tooltip, it is using the settings defined by the operating system.
The background colour, font-size and font can be controlled from within the Windows Display settings although changing these settings will affect all applications:
- Right-click on the desktop and select Properties
- Select the Appearance tab and select Tooltip in the Item list-box
- It is then possible to choose a new font, background colour and font-size
