GOAL:
Can I copy the Progress DLC directory while the database is running?
FIX:
Yes, it is ok to COPY the DLC files while the db is running. You cannot MOVE them while it is running though. This is because a copy will create new inodes,
whereas the move will use the existing ones, which the db requires while
running.
