Both user name and password specified
The broker starts when not specifying an owner
usr is a local user and the password is on /etc/passwd file
groupName is also specified for the broker
CAUSE:
The groupName attribute wasn't in the /etc/group file.
FIX:
Add the groupName in /etc/group
