WebSpeed2.0(Only) Java Error:Can't reflect applet "SeApplet"
When viewing a file in the WebSpeed Workshop you may get the
following error:

http://<machine name>/cgi-bin/<cgi exe>/workshop/_main.w ...
(passed parameters),
Can't reflect applet "SeApplet":not loaded yet
This error has been known to occur on Unixware and AIX. If the
error occurs, it only happens the first time you start the
Workshop and on the first file you view. The file you view is
visible after the error message is displayed. After the message
is displayed once the error will not occur again when running
'View' again from the same Workshop session.
It is believed that this error is only displayed on systems with
heavy CPU usage. There is no way to prevent the error from being
displayed. The error is harmless and should simply be ignored.
