Roundtable - Unable to create PDBASE object
Roundtable does NOT allow you to create a PDBASE object with less
than 3 character name.
If you try to, you will get the following error:
error 82, starting position for substring ,overlay
must be 1 or greater.
Starbase has this documented as defect #666 and there is a fix
scheduled for RTB 8.2A release.
There is no workaround for this.
