AS -- You are not licensed to run Secure-Client. (4781)
AS -- Application server connect failure. (5468)
AS -- Unable to connect to the AppServer for the devbroker service.
CAUSE:
Code connecting a secure AppServer another secure AppServer
FIX:
A secure AppServer cannot connect to another secure AppServer in Progress 9.
Install Progress client-side security for all installed secure AppServers
A secure AppServer may connect to another secure AppServer in release 10.0X
