SYMPTOM(s):
The server or the system has no more resources. Try a larger -n. (748)
Option 6. Shared Resources from promon shows:
Maximum number of users (-n): 21
database started from a script
script fired on reboot of the machine has "-n 65"
CAUSE:
The script used every day, with no reboot of the machine, does not contain the "-n" parameter
FIX:
Add "-n <number>" within the script used to start the DB server every day
