Following instructions outlined in Progress Dynamics® Version 2.1 Source Code Management: Roundtable? TSMS Installation and Setup White Paper (scm_rtb_setup_v21.pdf)

Specifically following step 3.4.2.4.3 that indicates that once the load is completed, Roundtable needs to be relaunch for Selective compile.

CHANGE:

Migration from Dynamics 2.0A to 2.1A

CAUSE:

Error messages occur because the table gsc_scm_tool is not in the icfdb database.
The icfdb schema should have been updated when running the DCU.

FIX:

Roundtable workspace directories are use as the directories for the DCU.

The Release Notes for Dynamics 2.1A indicates that the installation directory and the working directory for the DCU will normally be the full path to the current workspace.

These errors can be also related to issue 13397 (RTB session restarts after DCU loads patch 18 during workspace upgrade 2.0A02 to 2.1A) and need to work around it by following the steps provided in the Release Notes of Dynamics 2.1A.
