Using ActiveX automation
CAUSE:
The Adobe Acrobat 6.x SDK needs to be installed. In Adobe Acrobat Reader 5.0 SDK this was a free download. The latest SDK for Acrobat 6.0 SDK requires registered membership.

FIX:
1. Either continue to use the Adobe Acrobat Reader 5.0 with the free SDK installed,
2. Use the Adobe Acrobat Reader 6.x Professional
3. Or install the Adobe Acrobat Reader 6.x SDK.
