FIX:
Procontrol does not have a file which may be backed up as all entries are in the Windows Registry.
To backup or save this information do the following:
1. Run regedit
2. Select HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/SOFTWARE/PSC/ProService
3. Then in the menu bar select Registry/Export Registry File...
Provide a file name <filename.reg> and click the "SAVE" button.
