Results chooses DLC directory for initial built files

INTRODUCTION:
=============
This KBase entry discusses the initial build of Results connected to
a database on a remote server.

WHY YOU NEED TO KNOW THIS:
==========================
This will help you to understand the way Results works when doing the
initial build, if a database name is the same as an existing
database.

PROCEDURAL APPROACH:
====================
When doing an initial build for the very first time on a newly
created database it's advisable not to choose database names such as
'DEMO' or 'SPORTS' as they may already exist somewhere in the
Progress directory tree.
Results is capable of finding databases with these names through the
PROPATH settings and therefore will force its initial build to be
performed in the \DLC directory instead of the working directory.
Creating a new database on the server which then will be started
with the usual parameters (-N, -H, -S) won't find the .QC7 file as
this file hasn't been created locally at this time.
Results will prompt the user for the name of the database to connect
to. Once the connection has been established, the user will then be
asked if they want to do the build (.QC7 file). If the database has
the same name as an already existing database, which happens to be in
the DLC directory tree, the .qc7 file will be built in the \DLC
directory, instead of in the user's working directory.
To avoid this happening, make sure the database name is unique on the
system.
