SYMPTOM(s):
Proxy Generator fails to launch from the Program Group with an exception
Title: Proxygen.exe Common Language Runtime Debugging Services
Application has generated an exception that could not be handled.
Process id=0xb08 (2824), thread id= 0xb00 (2816)
Click ok to terminate the application
click CANCEL to debug the application
Click Cancel and another dialog appears:
Title: Proxygen.exe No debugger found
Registered JIT debugger is not available. An attempt to launch a JIT
debugger with the following command resulted in an error code of 0x2 (2)
Please check computer settings.
cordbg.exe !a 0x954
Click on retry to have the process wait while attaching a debugger manually.
Click on cancel to abort the JIT debug request.
FACT(s) (Environment):

CAUSE:
The Local Intranet security setting is too high (trust is too low).
FIX:
Run the .NET Framework Wizard applet (on both the server and client systems) to reset the security:
1. Control Panel -> Administrative Tools -> Microsoft .NET Framework Wizards
2. Click on "Adjust .net Security".
3. Click Next to "Make changes to this computer".
4. Click "Local Intranet".
5. Move slider to Full Trust.
