No, truncating of BI file on a target database is not allowed when using Fathom/OpenEdge Replication enable.
If you try to truncate the error 10356 will occur.
Truncate the before-image file on the Source Database instead. This will reset the bi cluster chain to enable existing clusters to all become available for reuse.
