Performance problems after dictionary load
The load was performed in two installments with 100% error tolerance
DBanalysis indicates high value for Scatter factor (above 2)
Database scan for bad blocks and records doesn't report any problems
CAUSE:
The issue appeared to be caused by a hardware configuration problems with IBM array.
FIX:
Remedy the hardware problem
