FIX:

To back up Fathom for a reinstall and to save all settings, backup the following files and directories:

Starting with Fathom 2.1A the fathom.xml file does not exist unless the Fathom dump utility has been run. Either of the following command syntax may be used to produce and fathom.xml file:
fathom -dump <filename>
or
fathom -httpport <port-number> -dump <filename> (used to identify the port of the Fathom Web server)
