Applied OpenEdge 10.0A01 service pack.
Error occurs when the Procedure Editor is started.
Error does not occur when a batch (bpro or mbpro) client is started.

CAUSE:
One or more of the 10.0A01 service pack files are corrupted.
FIX:
To resolve this problem, follow the steps outlined below:
1) Install a clean 10.0A installation into a new directory.
2) Test the procedure editor to ensure it works properly.
3) Apply the 10.0A01 service pack to the new 10.0A installation directory.
4) Test the procedure editor again to ensure it works properly.
