SYMPTOM(s):
Progress Explorer needs fathom.jar, but no Fathom product available
Attempt to connect to a remote Database (DB) server
Error stating "fathom.jar needed" from Progress Explorer
No Fathom product ever installed on any of the machines
CAUSE:
Not the same Service Pack (SP) level on the Win32 and on the DB server machine
FIX:
Install same Progress Service Pack level on both machines
