Generating an SDO with the Object Generator

CAUSE:
Known issue logged as 00013912-000 for 2.1A (see on Possenet.org), but now marked as 'Cannot duplicate' in 2.1B and 10.0B. This problem can happen only when Follow join is checked, and only when follow depth is greater than a given value (depending of the possible joins and the nature of the table).
FIX:
Do not generate with 'follow join' and define/refine the join(s) manually once the SDO is generated.
