Records with the following values are sorted in the following order:
Kohler
Konig
Köhler
König
This is using german9 collation.
The records should be sorted in the order:
Kohler
Köhler
Konig
König
CAUSE:
The collation being used is german9 collation.
FIX:
Modify the collation of the database to use 'basic' collation, and start both database brokers and client sessions using 'basic' collation.
