Using the Application Compiler in character environment the V6FRAME option is disabled
Can not use V6FRAME option in character environment Application Compiler
CAUSE:
Expected behavior.
FIX:
The V6FRAME option is meant to be used only in GUI environment which
is required when compiling the version 6 code in the newer Progress
versions in order to accommodate earlier screen layout in the
graphical user interface.
This option is ignored when compiling the code in the character environment
as it is not required.
