Using -Dsrv SKIP-SCHEMA-CHECK, the progress_recid field is not being generated.
Using the -Dsrv switch causes the progress_recid field is NULL.
Progress_recid is not assigned a value with the -Dsrv switch in service packs 9.1D06 through 9.1D08
The progress_recid field is assigned a value prior to 9.1D06
