FIX:
No, there is no progress utility that would automate the conversion of Smart Dialog frame objects to Smart Frame objects or Dialog Frame static widgets to Frame static widgets.
One way to convert the Smart or Static Dialog frames to their non dialog counter parts is to manually take the dialog container and move all the logic therein into a new 'non-modal, non-dialog' frame.
It is theoretically possible to write a preprocessor in 4GL to take a Dialog Frame source file as input and convert it by adding, modifying or deleting lines , words and phrases sending the converted result into a regular 'not a dialog' frame output file.
