Trying to create a file in the $DLC\bin directory.
Access denied.
Domain Administrator is not a member of the Local Administrator's group.
Domain Administrator does not have access to the $DLC\bin directory.
FACT(s) (Environment):

Progress/OpenEdge Product Family
CAUSE:
User (Domain Administrator) needs to have access to the Progress directories in order to do the install.
FIX:
Add the user (Domain Administrator) to the local Administrator's group and then run the install.
