Running Setup for DataDirect 4.1 does nothing.

No Progress licenses installed on this PC.

CAUSE:
The installation utility looks for the bin directory of the Progress install to create an ODBC41 directory to install the files. The directory can not be found so the installation aborts.
FIX:
Install a Progress Client product and then run the DataDirect41 setup.
