SYMPTOM(s):
The error message box does not appear when deleting the treeview's structured node
The trigger procedure for delete returns error which doesn't cause the message
to be returned even though it should
The problem happens only with the treeview having structured nodes
The problem appears in Dynamics 2.1A01 but not in the 2.1A02
CAUSE:
The cause is unknown at the time of writing. The issue cannot be reproduced.
FIX:
The issue is not present in the Dynamics 2.1A02.
