FACT(s) (Environment):

SYMPTOM(s):
AppBuilder menu option "Layout->Move-to-bottom" doesn't work when trying to hide a frame that is inside of another frame.
Parts of the frame and its widgets bleed through and can be seen from the the other frame.
CAUSE:
The frame that the "Move-to-bottom" is applied to is a child of the parent frame.
FIX:
This is expected behavior.
