SYMPTOM(s):
WebClient fails to install 10.0A from IIS server with error message Setup cannot run from this Web page. Verify you have the correct browser security settings, click Refresh, and select Yes when asked to install the InstallShield Wizard.
WebClient fails to install 10.1B from IIS server with error message Setup cannot run from this Web page. Verify you have the correct browser security settings, click Refresh, and select Yes when asked to install the InstallShield Wizard.
WebClient fails to install 10.1C from IIS server and shows only rectangle with Red X and Ok button.
FACT(s) (Environment):

OpenEdge 10.x
CAUSE:
The Webserver does not allow the setup.exe to be download or executed from the weblcient installation directory.
FIX:
Make sure the webserver has the correct settings for downloading/executing the setup.exe from the webclient installation directory.
Please re-configure the IIS WebServer.
The Execute Permissions should be set to "Scripts only" within the IIS Administration properties for that virtual address or webpage.
