FIX:
The Web Services Adapter status can be set to "wsa1:OK:111" by performing one of these two methods:
1- Check the following toggle-boxes within the wsa1 Properties Window in Progress Explorer:
1 => "Enable WSA Administration" under the Security section
1 => "Enable Web Services" also under the Security section
1 => "Enable WSDL Retrieval" under the WSDL section
Or
2- Manually edit the ubroker.properties file by adding these settings under the wsa1 section:
[WSA.wsa1]
adminEnabled=1
enableWsdl=1
webAppEnabled=1
