FACT(s) (Environment):
Windows NT 32 Intel/Windows 2000
SYMPTOM(s):
Running through Microsoft's terminal server.
All menu items show accelerator keys.
No accelerator keys defined in application.
Accelerator keys are not seen when session is run on the server locally.
Accelerator keys are not seen when the session is as a remote client.
Accelerator keys are not seen when connecting to the Server via PCANYWHERE and running the application.
CAUSE:
The exact cause of this problem is unknown at time of writing, but it is an issue with the Microsoft Terminal Server Client and is not a Progress issue.
FIX:
Contact Microsoft Technical Support.
