FIX:
The version 8 UIB and the version 9 Appbuilder are two different products, so they do things in different ways. Subsequently there are many differences between the UIB and Appbuilder. In addition there are many differences to the structure of the source code they expect. This is the reason that the FIELD-PAIRS-IN-QUERY-B-Table preprocessor has been removed.
