After saving in the AppBuilder V9 our programs built in UIB (V8) , the first line remains &ANALYZE-SUSPEND _ VERSION-NUMBER UIB_v8r12 GUI ADM1 (addition of ADM1 but not AP_v9r12)

FIX:
After saving V8 ADM1 code with the V9 Appbuilder the ADM1 literal is added to the preprocessor so that the Appbuilder knows the history of the code. This allows the Appbuilder to recognize and open the container correctly.
