SYMPTOM(s):
Using http instead of https with WebSpeed causes error 404 'File Not Found'.
The 'Scripts' virtual directory which contains the messenger executable has been created, and has the correct permissions.
Accessing https://<ANY-URL> works fine.
/">http://<ANY-URL> does not work.
CAUSE:
The IIS Web Server has not been configured correctly.
FIX:
Refer to your IIS documentation on how to correctly configure your Web Server.
