**Cannot find or open file <filename>, ernno = <number>. (43)
The file error 43 references changes each time
Executing same VMS procedures outside of Progress session is successful
CHANGE:
Added three new extents. Periodically add extents to database as it grows.
CAUSE:
New extents added to database used all the available file handles on the VMS system when running the VMS command within a Progress session.
