Only Enterprise systems may access a database with large files enabled (9818)
CAUSE:
The progress.cfg file contained within the 91dbutils directory does not have sufficient rights to allow the manipulation of a large file enabled database.
This is a limitation considered for fix in future release of OpenEdge.
FIX:
To work around the issue, copy the progress.cfg from a 9.1E installation with the Enterprise DB license to the 91dbutils directory of the OpenEdge installation.
