bkset: Extent b.1 is 55MB in size should be 350MB.

No recent backup to go to

CAUSE:
Bi file is corrupt or invalid.
FIX:
Follow the steps:
1. Restore bi file from a backup or create a dummy structure and copy the bi extents from the dummy db.
2. prostrct unlock <dbname>
3. proutil <dbname> -C truncate bi -G 0 -F
4. Dump and load the database.
