There the easy example to produce this message :
1. Start a databaseserver e.g. proserve sports -N TCP -S prosv08 .
2. If the server is running do the same again .
Start a databaseserver e.g. proserve sports -N TCP -S prosv08 .
Now you get the messages : The database sports is in use bla, bla ...
** The server terminated with exit code 1 . (800)
