Doing a prostrct create
CAUSE:
In version 8, in order to define a multi volume structure, d entries (data extent) must precede any b or a entries (before-image and after-image extent) in the st file, as the message says. This is a bit confusing because we usually define these extents the other way round since version 9.
FIX:
Do what the message says to define your st file, define d entries (data extent) before b or a entries (before-image and after-image extents).
