FIX:
Since Sun does not have a 64 bit netscape Webserver, the 64 bit wsnsa.dll can not be loaded.
wsnsa.dll is not supported on 64 bit platforms such as HPUX 64 and solaris 64.
The solution to this configuration is to use cgiip messenger, since cgiip is a process instead of a dll directly loaded by web server, the 64 bit web server can invoke it without problem.
This is an OS limitation with HP64 and Solaris 64 in that they do not have a
64 bit netscape web server available.
