Error occurs when running proinst after uncompressing SP to a temporary directory
CAUSE:
The wsoclnt file has become corrupt
FIX:
STEPS:
1.) Clear out the temporary directory where the Service Pack was uncompressed to
2.) Uncompress the Service Pack
3.) Change the permissions on the executables 777
4.) re-run proinst
